jo99 Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before using the jo99 platform — they form the legal basis of the agreement between you and us.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between the jo99 platform and its users ("you" or "member"). By using jo99's website, mobile version, or any related services, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms.
jo99 reserves the right to change or amend these Terms at any time. If you continue to use the platform after updated Terms are published, you will be considered to have accepted the revised Terms. We therefore recommend reviewing this page regularly.
1. Definitions & Interpretation
The following words and phrases used in these Terms have the meanings set out below:
- "Platform" refers to jo99's website, services, game lobby, and all related tools.
- "Member" or "User" refers to any person registered on jo99.
- "Account" refers to a member's registered personal profile on the platform.
- "Bonus" refers to any welcome bonus, cashback, or other promotional benefit offered by jo99.
- "Wagering Requirement" refers to the amount that must be wagered before a bonus becomes withdrawable.
- "Taka" or "৳" refers to Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
2. Eligibility & Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years old to participate on the jo99 platform. Creating an account as a minor is strictly prohibited. If any member registers by providing a false age, their account will be closed immediately and any funds held may be forfeited.
2.2 One Account Policy
Each individual may only create one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same name, address, email, phone number, or payment method is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, the account will be permanently closed and all bonuses will be forfeited.
2.3 Accuracy of Information
You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. If false or incorrect information is provided, jo99 reserves the right to suspend or cancel the account. As part of identity verification, jo99 may request ID documents or other supporting documents at any time.
3. Account Security & Responsibility
It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. No third party may be given access to your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify jo99 support immediately.
You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account — whether by you or by anyone else. jo99 will not be liable under any circumstances for losses resulting from third-party use of your account.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
jo99 currently accepts deposits and withdrawals through the following methods:
- bKash
- Nagad
- Rocket
- Upay
- Bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks)
4.2 Deposit Conditions
Deposited funds may only be withdrawn via the same payment method used to make the deposit, until the withdrawal limit for that method is reached. jo99 reserves the right to verify any transaction and may temporarily suspend processing in the case of suspicious transactions.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions
Your identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be made. Withdrawals will not be processed if the wagering requirements of an active bonus have not been met. jo99 reserves the right to hold withdrawals until an investigation is complete if money laundering or fraud is suspected.
5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. Bonus calculations follow the examples below:
- Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,500 → Total balance ৳2,500
- Deposit ৳8,000 or more → Maximum bonus ৳5,000 → Total balance ৳13,000
5.2 Wagering Requirement
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. This is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit plus bonus.
5.3 Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer has a specific validity period; any unused bonus will be cancelled after it expires.
- Bonuses are only applicable for use on the jo99 platform — they cannot be withdrawn directly.
- If bonus abuse or fraud is suspected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
- jo99 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time — the next bonus will become active once the conditions of the previous bonus have been met.
6. Fair Play & Prohibited Activities
jo99 is committed to ensuring a fair and safe gaming environment for all members. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure:
- Using any kind of bot, automated software, or script.
- Intentionally exploiting any technical flaw in the platform.
- Colluding with other members to increase bonuses or winnings.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activity.
- Registering using a false identity or someone else's identity.
- Attempting to claim bonuses by creating multiple accounts.
- Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
7. Responsible Gaming
jo99 places the highest importance on responsible gaming. We believe gaming is a form of entertainment — not a means of earning a living. This platform is operated for those aged 21 and above only.
- Do not wager beyond your means.
- If you notice signs of problem gambling, set your own limits or reach out to our support team for help.
- jo99 provides the option to temporarily suspend your account for a set period upon your request.

8. Copyright & Intellectual Property
All content on the jo99 platform — logos, designs, graphics, software, text, and other elements — is the exclusive property of jo99 or is used under license from relevant licensors. No part of this content may be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without the written permission of jo99.
All intellectual property belonging to game software providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, etc.) remains reserved under their respective owners.

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed, subject to conditions being met.
10.2 Closure at jo99's Initiative
jo99 may close or suspend an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:
- Violation of any clause of these Terms.
- Suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
- Extended inactivity on the account.
- Legal or regulatory requirements.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jo99 will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from:
- Temporary unavailability of the platform or technical faults.
- Disruptions related to third-party services (payment gateways, internet services).
- Loss caused by your own error or negligence.
- Loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account where you have not taken appropriate security measures.

12. Dispute Resolution

13. Applicable Law

14. Changes to Terms
